Lippes Mathias' Brendan Rich joins Law School Alumni Board

BUFFALO, NY- Brendan Rich, a partner in the law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, was elected to the board of directors of the SUNY Buffalo Law School Alumni Association.
Mr. Rich, who graduated from the law school in 2005, is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of business and financial transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, entity selection and formation, succession planning and drafting business relationship documents.
“I am honored to be elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the SUNY Buffalo Law School Alumni Association, he said. “I am very excited to have the opportunity to assist the Association and the Law School any way I can.”
Mr. Rich is the latest in a long list of Lippes Mathias attorneys to serve the Western New York community as a member of a board of directors. Managing Partner Scott Friedman said the firm is built around a culture of giving, both professionally and socially, to support the community.
