Lippes Mathias’ attorneys have extensive experience providing consultation and advice to clients with respect to employee compensation and benefits issues.  We regularly prepare employment agreements for our corporate clients, which include rights to participate in or receive a variety of tax qualified and non-qualified benefits and equity based compensation together with separation benefits for their executives.  Similarly, we have significant experience representing executives in the negotiation of their employment and separation agreements. Supplementing our work with employment and separation agreements is our extensive experience in preparation of equity based and non-qualified deferred compensation plans for clients. Further, we have represented clients in a wide range of tax qualified employee plan matters.
