Attorney Joseph P. Heins joins Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP as an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group.

Mr. Heins concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales and acquisitions, project development and title matters.
Before joining LMWF, he was an associate at a Buffalo law firm where he worked in the Land, Environment & Energy practice groups.
He brings a wealth of experience to his new position in the areas of commercial real estate matters. He has also handled the siting and leasing of cell towers and other communication facilities for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company.

Mr. Heins is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute as well as Canisius College. He earned his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame School of Law where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Legislation.
