BUFFALO, NY. – Caitlin E. O’Neil, a senior associate and member of Lippes Mathias’ litigation practice team, has been appointed to the Minority Bar Foundation Board of Directors.

O’Neil concentrates her practice in state and federal civil litigation, and frequently appears on behalf of clients before various administrative tribunals. She has experience assisting individuals and institutions with navigating investigations and contested matters both before and after litigation is initiated.  In addition, Ms. O’Neil frequently assists clients with appellate matters. Her experience at all stages of litigation enables her to quickly and effectively respond to all manner of client concerns.

About the Minority Bar Foundation

The Minority Bar Foundation of Western New York was formed in 2004 to advance education and scholarship in the field of law. We work to ensure continued minority representation in the profession and empower these future leaders to help shape the justice system in Western New York and throughout New York State. Professional guidance, education programs and financial assistance with LSAT preparation are provided to students at all levels. Additionally, University at Buffalo School of Law students are mentored with resources to excel at passing the New York State Bar exam. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization.
