Lippes Mathias today announced that Chris W. Brown has joined the firm as a senior associate in its Rochester office. Brown is a member of the firm’s banking & financial transactions and real estate practice teams. 

With more than 15 years of experience, Brown represents buyers, sellers, and commercial mortgage lenders in a wide range of real estate and financing transactions. His practice also includes title examination and clearance, new construction financing, commercial lease negotiations, and short sale negotiations. Additionally, he has experience in legal accounting. 

Brown earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2009 and his B.A. from Binghamton University in 2006. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.
