Emma B. McEvoy Presents to the Home Care Association of New York State on Changes to OSHA ETS and New York’s HERO Act

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Emma B. McEvoy presented “What You Need to Know about the Latest Regulatory Changes on OSHA ETS and New York’s HERO Act Confirmation” to the Home Care Association of New York State. During the presentation, Emma outlined record keeping requirements that home care and hospice agencies must continue to observe despite the recent withdrawal of the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard rule.
Emma focuses her practice on counseling and litigation matters for Lippes Mathias’ employment and insurance recovery teams, as well as on general litigation matters. While in law school, she interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York and was a member of the firm’s summer associate program.
