BUFFALO, N.Y.— Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman is pleased to announce Helen Osgood has joined the firm as a Partner.
Scott Friedman, Managing Partner of the firm is proud to announce the firm’s newest Partner, given her expertise. “Ms. Osgood has more than 35 years’ experience in commercial lending and credit restructuring and is recognized as one of the most talented banking lawyers in Western New York. Her addition to our firm’s already dynamic commercial lending practice group is very exciting and will allow us to continue to expand our ability to offer our clients great representation,” said Friedman.
Ms. Osgood was originally in-house with the U.S. Small Business Administration, she has developed a varied transactional practice and now represents multiple lenders in industrial development revenue bond, lease, SBA 504, USDA, mortgage-secured and asset-based financing.
