BUFFALO, N.Y. – On Thursday, October 27, James P. Blenk, Lippes Mathias partner and member of the firm’s business & commercial litigation practice team, will speak as part of a Bar Association of Erie County CLE titled, “Have Gavel Will Travel.” The program is meant for those that practice in front of the appellate division, or plan to in the future.

James concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including contract, construction, insurance, employment, and property disputes, and governmental litigation, including civil rights litigation, Article 78 proceedings, and property tax certiorari cases.  James also advises condominium associations and owners.
