Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that Jeffrey W. Kempf, a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office, has been named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2025 40 Under 40 list. 

This year’s class was selected by the publication and a panel of past honorees following a competitive nomination process. The annual list highlights professionals across industries who are making meaningful contributions to their organizations and the broader Northeast Florida business community. Kempf will be honored at a reception on May 15, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. 

About Jeffrey W. Kempf 

Kempf concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and private equity transactions. He advises clients in all phases of complex transactions, including structuring, negotiation and execution. His work frequently involves entity formation and governance, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and related commercial arrangements. He also assists clients with business succession planning, wealth preservation strategies and asset protection. 

Before joining Lippes Mathias, Kempf practiced in the trusts and estates field. Earlier in his career, he managed an equity portfolio for a large family office, focusing on initial public offerings, secondary offerings and other equity capital markets matters. 

He was elevated to partner effective January 1, 2025.
