Persico, partner and executive committee member, has been elected as chair of the Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC) Board of Directors. Since joining the ECMCC Board of Directors in 2018, Jennifer has been actively involved in support of major hospital initiatives, including the successful completion of the institution’s state-of-the-art KeyBank Trauma and Emergency Department as well as a host of other policies and programs designed to strengthen the institution, support staff and contribute to the high-quality care of ECMC’s patients.

As litigation practice team leader, Jennifer has extensive experience in business disputes and commercial litigation matters, including contract claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants and has extensive experience in municipal law. Jennifer has been named to the prestigious Best Lawyers in America© list each year since 2018. She also served previously as Majority Counsel to the Erie County Legislature. In addition to chairing the ECMCC Board of Directors, Jennifer serves on the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) Board of Commissioners, and in the past has been involved with the of Shakespeare in Delaware Park Board of Directors, the Olmsted Parks Conservancy Spring into Summer Luncheon, and the Erie County Cultural Advisory Board.
