BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias LLP announced today that Kevin J. Cross, the firm’s managing partner and chairman, has been elected as a member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Board of Directors. Mr. Cross will attend his first official meeting on Tuesday, July 25, at which time he will be officially welcomed to the board.

Mr. Cross is the managing partner and chairman of Lippes Mathias and leads the firm's executive committee. As the firm's managing partner, Mr. Cross is charged with responsibility for all of the firm's offices, attorneys, and staff. He is the conduit to the firm's partnership and its executive operations team. Mr. Cross coordinates the firm's strategic direction, implementation of initiatives and goals, and attorney recruitment. One of his main focuses is centered on positive culture and the promotion of a collegial and collaborative professional environment where team members focus on client objectives and the betterment of the firm as a whole.
