In The news
Lippes Mathias Partner and Automotive & Truck Finance Team Co-Leader Leigh Hoffman was included in Auto Finance News discussing the $60M fine Toyota Motor Credit received from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
“In the scope of the lending that Toyota does nationally, this is not a significant imposition of a fine,” Hoffman said. “As it compares to other fines [from the CFPB], I would call it middle of the road.”
