Lippes Mathias has added Aaron R. Granoff as an associate in its West Palm Beach office, where he will be a member of the real estate and corporate practice teams. 

Granoff focuses his practice on complex real estate matters and corporate transactions. His real estate experience includes both residential and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on the development, negotiation, and financing of intricate real estate deals. He assists clients with purchase agreements, title documentation, property surveys, and lease agreements while regularly advising property owners and managers on landlord-tenant matters, distressed financial situations, and due diligence for property acquisitions. 

In his corporate practice, Granoff is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He counsels clients on business formation, asset acquisition, and debt structuring, as well as on the enforcement of contractual rights and limiting liability exposure. His experience also includes negotiating and drafting commercial leases, employment documents, and corporate governance agreements. 

Granoff earned his J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018 and his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University in 2015. 

He has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2023 and 2024 and is a member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
