ALBANY, N.Y. – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce the addition of Victoria M. Craft as an associate on its trusts and estates team in the firm’s Albany, N.Y. office. Victoria’s practice involves assisting clients with planning and preparing wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and petitions for the administration of estates. Victoria possesses additional experience concentrated on reviewing residential and commercial contracts and facilitating real estate closings on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lending institutions, as well as addressing landlord and tenant disputes.

Victoria graduated with her BA in 2017 from the University at Albany State University of New York, and in 2020, earned her J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University.

Victoria is heavily involved in the community, serving as both a community volunteer and a board of trustees member for the Chapman Historical Museum, on the board of directors of the Warren County Bar Association, and as a coach for Queensbury High School Mock Trial. As a student, Victoria served as an executive board member of the Albany Law School Government Law Center and a member of the Albany Law School Health Law Society and Women's Law Caucus. While enrolled in law school, Victoria was also a recipient of the New York State Bar Association Local & State Government Law Section’s Carol Van Scoyoc scholarship.
