Heckman (Ret.), a partner and team leader of the firm’s alternative dispute resolution practice team has been elected to serve on the board of directors of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), a prestigious invitation-only fellowship dedicated to promoting the highest standards of ethics and best practices in alternative dispute resolution.

Since joining the CCA four years ago, Heckman has made significant contributions, including chairing a series of webinars, co-chairing the college’s education committee, and co-authoring a new chapter in the forthcoming edition of Best Practices in Commercial Arbitration. Her arbitration practice spans the United States, and she is admitted to the Employment and Commercial Panels of the American Arbitration Association, as well as its Judicial Panel, National Panel for Process Arbitrators, and other specialty panels. Heckman is also a frequent mediator for federal court cases and complex commercial litigation.
