BUFFALO, N.Y. – Lippes Mathias today announced that Alexander W. Eaton has joined its litigation practice team as an associate in its Buffalo, N.Y. office. Alexander focuses his practice primarily on commercial and municipal litigation, contract disputes, land disposition and use, and real property tax enforcement. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, he was a litigation associate at a regional law firm.

Alexander received his B.A. in 2015 from Hillsdale College and in 2021, graduated with his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, Alexander won the 43rd Annual Lionel O. Grossman Trial Competition and interned with the Erie County District Attorney and the Orleans County District Attorney. Alexander was also a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for deposition practice and professional responsibility while in law school.
