BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce the arrival of its 2022 summer associate class, a group of five students with impressive credentials who will join the firm for the summer in four of its offices across its footprint.

Members of Lippes Mathias’ 2022 summer associate class include:

Benita Ezeigbo, 2L, University of Iowa College of Law – Jacksonville, Fla.

Benita is originally from Nigeria and is licensed to practice law in Nigeria, having graduated from Alliance University in Bangalore, India with a Master of Law. Prior to attending the University of Iowa, Benita received her LLM from the University of Illinois College of Law. Due to her prior education, Benita will graduate with her JD in December of 2022.

Karen Fasoyiro, 2L, Howard University School of Law – Buffalo, N.Y.

While attending law school, Karen is working as a legal intern for both Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C. and Epic Games, Inc. Prior to law school, Karen worked as a paralegal at a small litigation firm in Houston, Texas. Karen received her undergraduate degree from the University at Houston.

Chris Fisher, 2L, University at Buffalo School of Law – Buffalo, N.Y.

Chris is a member of the University at Buffalo Law Review and has worked as a law clerk in Lippes Mathias’ litigation group since the summer of 2018. Prior to law school, Chris worked as a legal assistant in a Rochester-based foreclosure firm. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

 

Alexis Telga, 2L, Syracuse University College of Law – Rochester, N.Y.

Alexis is a member of the Syracuse University Journal of International Law and Commerce and last summer worked as a legal intern at a real estate-focused firm in Rochester, N.Y. Alexis completed her undergraduate degree at Keuka College, where she was a member of the women’s golf team.

Madelyn VanDorpe, 2L, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law – Washington, D.C.

Madelyn is a member of the Villanova University Environmental Law Journal and last summer completed a judicial externship with Hon. Juan Ramon Sánchez, the Chief Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Madelyn completed her undergraduate degree at Union College, where she was a member of the varsity women’s crew team.
