BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias today unveiled its group of summer associates for the summer of 2023, consisting of four talented, highly credentialed and driven law students. The students will be based in four different offices across Lippes Mathias’ footprint.

Members of Lippes Mathias’ 2023 summer associate class include:

Casey Fisher, 2L, Cleveland State University College of Law – Cleveland, Ohio

Casey has worked in the firm’s Cleveland office over the past school year and has participated in an array of engineering-focused internships, including opportunities with Channel Products, Bowden Manufacturing and Kinetico Incorporated. Casey also earned his Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cleveland State University.

Cooper Humpf, 2L, Albany Law School – Albany, N.Y.

Cooper has worked alongside Lippes Mathias’ public sector labor practice team in its Albany office since the early spring. Cooper’s internship experience includes past opportunities with Utica City Courts, the Oneida County Public Defender’s Office, and the Rensselaer County Probation Department. Cooper received his Bachelor’s in social work, psychology and pre-law from Siena College.

Wayne Selogy, 2L, University of Miami School of Law – Jacksonville, Fla.

Wayne spent last summer splitting time between a litigation firm in Jacksonville and clerking for the Hon. Robin L. Rosenberg in the Southern District of Florida. Wayne graduated with his Bachelor’s in political science and government from the University of Florida.

 

Jenna Wojdan-Price, 2L, University at Buffalo School of Law – Buffalo, N.Y.

Jenna joins Lippes Mathias’ Buffalo office with a variety of experience, having served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of New York, a legal intern with the Federal Public Defender’s Office of the Western District of New York and as a law clerk with Gibson, McAskill & Crosby LLP. Jenna is also a member of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review, where she currently serves as the submissions editor. Jenna received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University at Buffalo.
