Lippes Mathias LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Michael J. Gallagher and Susan Sharpe-Kutz as counsel in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Both attorneys bring extensive experience in litigation and family law to Lippes Mathias, further strengthening the firm’s presence and capabilities in Florida. 

Michael J. Gallagher, a member of the firm’s litigation team, focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury matters, business disputes, and family law cases. His clients range from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations. Gallagher received his J.D. from Western New England University in 1996 and holds a B.A. from Florida State University. Susan Sharpe-Kutz joins the firm with a practice concentrating on all aspects of marital and family law, including divorce, timesharing (custody), guardianships, paternity, and child support matters. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014 and holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and a B.A. from Florida State University.
