BUFFALO, NY –Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that Thomas J. Fennell, an attorney at the firm, has been appointed to the WNY Land Conservancy’s board of directors.
Mr. Fennell focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financings, project development, contract review and related real property title matters. His experience includes representing local, regional and national developers, including owners of office parks, shopping centers and multifamily apartment complexes. In addition, Mr. Fennell contributes to the firm’s commercial leasing practice group, representing landlords and tenants of retail shopping centers, restaurants, office parks and mix-used commercial properties.
“Land conservation is an important process of regional planning and the decisions we make will have lasting impacts on future generations of Western New Yorkers,” said Fennell. “I look forward to being part of the Conservancy’s projects to protect our region’s landscapes and working farms through effective and pragmatic conservation initiatives and policies.”
