Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Attorney Benjamin T. White Named to Buffalo Business First's "30 Under Thirty"

BUFFALO, NY – Benjamin T. White, an attorney at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been named an honoree of Buffalo Business First’s 2016 “30 Under Thirty” class. Mr. White was honored with the award at Business First’s annual 30 Under Thirty celebration on June 9, 2016, at The Tralf in Buffalo. White is a native of Amherst, New York.
Each year, Buffalo Business First recognizes 30 Western New Yorkers in the early stages of their careers who are achieving at high levels at work and in the community. This year’s winners were chosen from more than 100 nominations and selected by three judges who have been honored in recent years.
“This well-deserved honor is a testament to Benjamin’s terrific accomplishments both at LMWF and in the community,” said Kevin J. Cross, managing partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP. “Ben has been a terrific asset to our firm and has demonstrated a tremendous amount of leadership as a young professional.”
A member of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP since 2014, Mr. White works in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He focuses his practice on early-stage corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. He also handles stock and asset purchase agreements, franchising and licensing agreements, as well as other agreements involved in corporate and financial transactions.
Heavily involved in the community, Mr. White serves on the BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund President’s Council and the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, New York State Bar Association and Sports Lawyers Association.
Mr. White earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Buffalo.
