Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Continues to Grow; Attorney Elizabeth Perry joins the firm as a partner

BUFFALO, NY- The Buffalo-based law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Elizabeth Perry joined the firm as a partner in the Trusts and Estates practice group.
Ms. Perry maintains a broad practice within Trust and Estates law and Elder law. She is experienced in the planning, administration and taxation of estates, including drafting a variety of trusts and wills, and representing both executors and beneficiaries in probate litigation matters. She also counsels clients on elder planning, helping them appoint a health care proxy and power of attorney, compose living wills, and seek Medicare opportunities. She comes to LMWF from Phillips Lytle.

Ms. Perry earned her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the SUNY Buffalo Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College in 2001, where she graduated summa cum laude.
She is also a frequent speaker on Trusts and Estates law at Continuing Legal Education seminars through the New York Bar Association and other local organizations.
