Mr. Hinkley focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, health care investigations and disputes, product liability, Native American law, and appellate practice. Before joining LMWF, he was an associate at a Buffalo law firm where he represented a leading healthcare company, several large automotive companies, Native American-owned businesses, and a wide range of corporations and individuals involved in civil litigation and commercial disputes. Mr. Hinkley formerly served as a law clerk to Judge Raymond W. Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and as an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, DC.
Mr. Hinkley earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Hinkley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Niagara University, where he received the Senior Medal and Vincentian Service Award.
