BUFFALO, NY – Courtney J. Donahue, an attorney with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, participated in the Erie Institute of Law’s recent Midday Learning Lecture, “Supplemental Needs Trusts for Personal Injury Attorneys” on August 16, 2017. She discussed how to utilize this type of trust as well as its advantages and disadvantages.
The Erie Institute of Law is the educational arm of the Bar Association of Erie County. Its mission is to plan Continuing Legal Education program opportunities to meet the professional education needs of lawyers in the Western New York community.
At Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman, Ms. Donahue concentrates her practice in all areas of Estate Administration Proceeding, Probate Proceeding, Trust Administration, Estate Litigation and other related Surrogate Court proceedings. In addition, Ms. Donahue handles matters concerning infant and adult guardianship proceedings under the New York Article 81 Mental Hygiene Law.
