BUFFALO, NY –Margaret A. Hurley, attorney with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, will be a guest speaker at a seminar hosted by Erie County Department of Real Property Tax Services titled “How to Purchase Tax Foreclosed Properties.” Ms. Hurley will focus on the in rem foreclosure process, how to purchase foreclosed properties, and provide insights from investors who have previously participated in the process. The seminar is August 18 from 9 – 11 a.m. at Cheektowaga Senior Citizen Center, 3349 Broadway, Cheektowaga.
