BUFFALO, NY – Stacey L. Moar, a senior associate at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, is speaking at Erie Institute of Law’s Life After Law School: Basic Practice 101 on April 19. Her presentation focuses on “Conducting a Pretrial Deposition.”
Life After Law School is a transitional Continuing Legal Education program designed to assist newly admitted attorneys as they assume primary practice responsibility by bridging the gap between law school and the day-to-day practice of law.
In the Litigation practice group at Lippes Mathias, Ms. Moar has extensive experience assisting clients with internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and voluntary self-compliance matters. She has also handled numerous commercial matters involving restrictive covenants and contractual disputes, as well as employment disputes. Ms. Moar serves as an adjunct professor in Canisius College’s Department of Political Science, where she teaches a course on the U.S. Constitution.
