BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that Amy E. McShane has joined the firm as senior counsel.
Ms. McShane focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, including leases, easements, licenses, and architectural and construction contracts. She also represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property, including office and industrial sites, commercial and retail properties, and telecommunication tower sites.
Ms. McShane earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1997 and received her undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University.
