BUFFALO, NY – January 27, 2021 – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that Roderick O. Faulk has joined the firm as Counsel. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Roderick represents businesses in the real estate, technology, fintech, open-source software, and life sciences sectors with matters involving corporate formation and structuring, business strategy, raising capital, mergers, and acquisition, and intellectual property. Roderick has a wealth of business experience spanning multiple sectors, including manufacturing and logistics, commercial real estate, and business/technology consulting.

Before joining Lippes Mathias, Roderick served as a corporate attorney at a California-based law firm. Roderick is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he was an active-duty officer specializing in cyber operations and information technology. He is the co-founder of Leaders Inspiring Fruitful Tomorrows (LIFT) Corp., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides scholarships, mentoring, and educational opportunities to students interested in pursuing careers in medicine, law, and business in underserved communities. 

Roderick is a graduate of The United States Air Force Academy and St. Mary’s University College of Law. He is a graduate of The College of William and Mary – Mason School of Business, where he earned his M.B.A. Roderick is admitted to practice in California and Texas.
