BUFFALO, N.Y. – Monday, April 19, 2021 – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Zachary J. Dewey to its Real Estate Practice Team as an associate attorney. Zach will be based in Lippes Mathias’ office in Buffalo, N.Y.

Zach focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real property, commercial leasing, and real estate investment and financing. In addition, he has experience with tax credit financings and development, drafting and reviewing various contracts and agreements, and assisting clients with entity formations and dissolutions.

Zach received his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law and earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Additionally, Zach is a member of the Health Sciences Charter School’s Board of Trustees and the Western New York Venture Association. Zach is admitted to practice in New York State.
