Matthew L. Hosford, a partner and member of the firm’s health care practice team, presented during the New York State Veterinary Medical Society’s Annual Conference in Tarrytown, New York. Hosford’s presentation was titled, “OPD Investigations and Disciplinary Hearings.”
With more than 20 years of experience representing clients in corporate, contractual, and transactional matters, Matthew L. Hosford provides legal services to hospitals, ambulance providers, physicians and other licensed professionals, nursing homes, home care agencies, trade associations, corporate entities, and other health and non-health care clients with business and transactional needs. Contracts on which he has advised run the gamut from asset and stock purchase agreements to commercial leases and consulting agreements. He has particular experience in advising New York and out-of-state clients on corporate practice issues and related management services agreements for the various licensed professions.
