BUFFALO, N.Y. – Ryan V. Stearns, Lippes Mathias partner and co-leader of the firm’s cannabis practice team, will serve as a speaker during a New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) emerging industry breakfast panel focused on cannabis. The panel, which will also feature Steven McMorrow, Benjamin M. Siegel, and Jason Stark as speakers, will be hosted by NYSCAR from 8:30-10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20 at Hyatt Place on 5020 Main St., Amherst, NY 14226.

Ryan Stearns advises cannabis companies (cultivators, dispensaries, manufacturers, etc.) with all issues related to legal cannabis business activities, licensing matters (including drafting state license applications), regulatory matters, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions. Ryan was named to the National Law Journal’s 2022 Cannabis Law Trailblazers List and frequently speaks at cannabis conferences.
