BUFFALO, NY – Vincent M. Miranda, a senior associate with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the University at Buffalo Law School Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Group board of directors.
The GOLD Group is an arm of the University’s Law Alumni Association that organizes programs and events targeted at helping recent graduates as they transition into the practice of law and focuses on outreach to the University at Buffalo Law School legal community. The GOLD Group offers educational, social and networking programs at a low cost to its members and works with the Law School’s Admissions Office in recruiting top caliber students to the school.
Mr. Miranda focuses his practice in counseling businesses in the most cost-efficient manner through the various issues and disputes presented by employees, competitors and vendors. He also devotes a significant amount of his practice to employment counseling and litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Miranda earned his J.D. from University at Buffalo Law School and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
