Alan S. Wexler

As the founder of our firm’s real estate practice, Mr. Wexler has more than 35 years of experience to all phases of commercial and residential real estate law. He represented buyers, sellers, developers, builders and lending institutions on a local and national level, including several commercial lenders involved in construction and permanent mortgage financings.

He also assisted as counsel to several real estate development companies, handling land acquisitions, leasing and financing. An active practitioner eager to share his experience, Mr. Wexler also served as the examining counsel for several title insurance companies.

Mr. Wexler has served on the Bar Association for Erie County’s real estate committee since 1972, and served as Chairman for two years. He is also a member of New York State Bar Association's Real Estate Committee.
