Ms. Arthurs concentrates her practice on trust and estate planning and administration in both New York and Florida. She assists individuals, families, and business owners with developing tailored estate plans that not only fit their current personal and financial needs, but also provide long-term strategies for preserving and transferring family wealth to future generations. She creates personalized plans for clients and their families at various stages of life, whether it be drafting wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and trust documents for young families; counseling high net worth individuals on estate and gift tax savings techniques; or guiding clients through probate, trust, and estate administration.

Ms. Arthurs also works closely with clients and their financial advisors, accountants, and insurance agents to successfully coordinate, implement, and administer their estate plans.

Additionally, she represents fiduciaries and individuals in litigated Surrogate’s Court matters ranging from trust reformation to contested accounting proceedings.  

While attending law school, Christina served as a law clerk to Hon. Barbara Howe in the Erie County Surrogate’s Court. She is certified with the New York State Office of Court Administration to receive fiduciary appointments as a Guardian ad Litem.

Prior to her legal career, Christina worked as an environmental engineer and project manager in New York City.
