Vincent M. Miranda is an attorney in the Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. 

His employment law practice involves all aspects of employment litigation and counseling for employers and executives. Mr. Miranda regularly drafts, negotiates, and litigates employment, separation, and confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements. He performs sexual harassment and other misconduct investigations and advises employers regarding discipline, termination, disability and leave laws, and wage and hour compliance.  Mr. Miranda also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies and in state and federal courts.

A significant amount of Mr. Miranda’s practice is also devoted to general business and commercial litigation. He has helped public and private companies litigate and settle various business tort and contract-based claims. In these and other matters, Mr. Miranda has been involved in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.  Mr. Miranda also frequently assists businesses in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts.

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Miranda was an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department.
