A Palm Beach County, Florida native, Max Zaretsky is a real estate attorney whose strong background in business and finance provides clients with an integrated approach to the most dynamic legal needs. Max focuses his practice on development, negotiation, and financing of complex real estate transactions. Max’s additional experience includes assisting lenders and borrowers with debt origination, distressed financial workouts, navigating landlord tenant disputes, and assisting clients with large contract disputes. Max has also helped many clients with their business and corporate needs, including formation, organization, and dispute workouts. His experience both in and out of the courthouse enables Max to take a measured and experience-based approach on how to handle a myriad of business, finance, and real estate related matters. 

Prior to law school, Max co-founded Zemaso Management Company, a private investment fund for investment properties throughout South Florida. He has since arranged funding and financing for individuals and companies, both public and private, throughout the country.
