Mr. Wynkoop focuses his practice on representing public sector labor unions in all manner of issues including not-for-profit corporation issues, labor-management relations, and review of contracts ranging from the leasing and sale of property to advertisement and service contracts.  Mr. Wynkoop also litigates in State courts, on behalf of unions and members, to challenge FOIL matters and unfair employment practices.  Mr. Wynkoop represents individual members of public sector labor unions in sworn employee interrogations and disciplinary matters, improper employer practices, disability retirement matters, medical leave issues under the Civil Service Law, and enforcement of statewide collective bargaining agreements.  In matters where the public sector labor unions or its members wish to negotiate resolutions, Mr. Wynkoop has successfully negotiated favorable resolutions with various statewide agencies and the New York State Office of Employee Relations. 
 
While in law school Mr. Wynkoop served as Executive Editor for Albany Government Law Review, and volunteered at the Albany Law School Health Law Clinic providing free legal services to indigent members of the Capital District community including drafting and execution of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and pursuit of Social Security Disability benefits.
