Bio
Ms. Drzymala will focus her practice on commercial real estate matters. She will assist clients on various real estate development projects, including drafting commercial lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, title review, analyzing finance documents and other real estate contracts.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Ms. Drzymala worked in-house as a law clerk for one of the largest privately owned real estate development companies in the country. She was actively involved in drafting commercial lease agreements, as well as assisting in legal research. Ms. Drzymala has also interned at the Buffalo Law Department for the Assistant Corporation Counsel in labor and employment matters, where she assisted in extensive review of agreements for the city.
