Chad Steskal is a partner in the Trusts & Estates Practice Team at Lippes Mathias LLP. He focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, ranging from relatively simple plans to complex taxable estate plans for high-net-worth clients. His expertise includes providing strategic advice on estate, gift, and income tax issues to minimize tax liabilities for clients; and designing comprehensive estate plans that utilize wills, trusts, and other critical estate planning instruments, all while integrating business and family considerations.

Chad’s practice is dedicated to crafting tailored solutions that address the complex interplay between estate, tax, and business planning, ensuring his clients’ legacies are preserved and their financial strategies are sound. He spent several years working in elder law, which helped expand his practice to the care and well-being of clients, as well as, preparing their loved ones for succession of control and management of significant wealth transfers. He also has experience with probate and trust administration and litigation.
