Mr. Wheeler concentrates his practice in tax controversy matters before the IRS and State Tax authorities. His experience includes representing individual and corporate entities with income tax and general audit matters, information reporting, employment tax, and sales and use tax. He assists clients administratively during income tax audits, Department of Labor audits, sales tax audits, federal and state employment tax audits, trust fund recovery penalty matters, tax collection defense, as well as individual and corporate tax litigation.

Mr. Wheeler is currently a Lecturer & Clinic Director, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law Gainesville, FL, and previously worked for the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, Inc. as a Qualified Tax Expert in their Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, he was an associate at Andreozzi Bluestein, LLP.
