Emma G. Powlin

Ms. Powlin concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, sports law, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Powlin represented industrial development agencies across New York State as transaction counsel and provided counsel related to various security registrations and securities matters. 

 

As a former professional lacrosse athlete, Emma has a strong interest in sports law and has assisted NCAA student-athletes with Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) matters and has authored articles focusing on NIL, NCAA and student-athlete mental health.
