Gregory T. Measer focuses his practice on providing corporate and regulatory counsel to health care providers, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, diagnostic laboratories, and individual practitioners. Mr. Measer regularly assists in the formation and organization of unique health care arrangements, including advising on national telehealth networks, medical spas, and the corporate practice of medicine. Mr. Measer also has experience assisting hospitals with managed care contracting and reimbursement, advising healthcare professionals in response to state and federal investigations, and facilitating healthcare transactions. 
 
Additionally, Mr. Measer has extensive experience assisting clients with health care technology and life sciences matters and FDA regulatory compliance, including medical product research and development, manufacturing, distribution, inspections, audits, food labeling, and import/export issues. 
 
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Measer was a Regulatory Counsel with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he worked on public health law and policy issues related to the development and availability of investigational medical products.
