Ms. Cominsky focuses her practice on commercial litigation, which includes the handling of claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other consumer protection statutes.
