Mr. Saccocio has, for more than 30 years, focused his legal career on the representation of public sector employees and public sector unions. He has considerable experience representing law enforcement unions and their members on the local, state, and national level.
 
Mr. Saccocio’s representation of public sector unions and employees has consisted of a wide array of legal advocacy, including the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements for both local and state-wide unions, the litigation of controversies in state and federal courts, and the representation of unions and their members in arbitrations and administrative proceedings.
