Ms. Chen is a patent agent registered to provide patent prosecution services before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office. She assists clients with the preparation, filing and prosecution of U.S., Taiwan, and PCT patent applications. Ms. Chen is fluent in English and Mandarin and has coordinated with foreign associates regarding foreign patent prosecutions in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, India, Vietnam, and beyond. Her experience includes working with professors and physicians at medical universities for global patent procurement for medical centers and hospitals as well as assisting clients in the technical arts with mechanical devices and methods.
Ms. Chen previously was a patent agent in Taiwan where she focused in the medical and biotechnology fields.
