Jude A. Fry

As a member of the Intellectual Property Team at Lippes Mathias, Ms. Fry focuses her practice on trademark and patent litigation and enforcement proceedings, both in the federal district courts as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, Ms. Fry frequently advises clients in connection with intellectual property dispute resolution and licensing as well as infringement and validity opinions relating to trademark and patent matters. Jude is also experienced counseling clients in the chemical science arts, particularly in connection with matters involving engineering processing and controls, materials, coatings, waste treatment, and polymers.
