Kamlesh concentrates his practice in real estate law, specifically real estate transactions. His background as a licensed Florida real estate agent enables him to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders including buyer, seller, lender, land surveyor, title/closing agent and others.

Kamlesh has specific experience teaching Duty to Disclose, Unlicensed Practice of Law and other topics that frequently plague the new real estate agents at Real Estate Association of the Palm Beaches (“RAPB”), now Realtors of Broward, Palm Beaches, St.  Lucie (“rworld”). He is a frequent presenter on cyberfraud in the real estate industry. He has expanded his educational endeavors in view of the recent settlement of antitrust lawsuits filed against the National Association of Realtors (“NAR”), which have completely changed the way real estate agents do business.

Kamlesh also has experience with appellate matters. Two of his appellate cases involving commercial/construction law have been reported in legal publications and have been cited by other attorneys in their briefs.

His experience also includes health law matters: physician contracts, privacy law (“HIPAA”), emergency medical treatment legislation (“EMTALA”), fraud and abuse laws including STARK, and other elements of health law. In addition, Kamlesh litigates medical malpractice claims.

Prior to his legal career, Kamlesh was a Laboratory Director at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, one of the largest academic tertiary care medical centers in the country. Subsequently, he advanced to become a hospital administrator and was responsible for managing Jackson’s outpatient services, including a number of primary care centers dispersed throughout Miami, the Breast Health Center, the Rape Treatment Center, and innumerable specialty clinics. He also oversaw medical care at Miami Dade County’s Correctional facilities. While in these roles, Kamlesh taught management and health law at Florida International University. He also taught management to fellows and residents at the University of Miami.

Finally, Kamlesh is Florida Supreme Court certified mediator in Circuit Civil and Family law.
