Rebecca represents clients in all aspects of financial reorganization, restructuring and insolvency matters. She also handles litigation matters in the state and federal/bankruptcy courts involving small and large businesses, professional service providers, and financial institutions. 
 
During her time at Suffolk University Law School, Rebecca worked in-house as a corporate law clerk focusing her time drafting commercial lease agreements and monitoring internal projects to ensure corporate compliance with state and federal regulations.  Rebecca also has experience as a judicial intern in the New York State Supreme Court, working for Hon. Paul B. Wojtaszek in 8th Judicial District, as well as in Erie County Surrogates Court as a judicial intern for Hon. Acea M. Mosey.
