Ronald is the Director of Business Development for Lippes Mathias. He has over 25 years’ progressive professional experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Staffing, Recruitment, Sales, and Business Development. In addition to an accounting career that included five years of Big 4 experience, Ronald worked as the Budget Director for a large multi-facility healthcare institution in Buffalo and co-founded a professional search firm in 2005 where he was instrumental in its expansion during his 12 years with the company. Ronald also is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of S2 Venture Partners, a Venture Capital firm with a focus on early stage investing in Buffalo based companies.
Ronald is responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating key strategic relationships with the firm’s referral partners, and prospective and current clients.
