Tom Ray focuses his practice on construction and lien law litigation in state and federal court; surety bond claims; construction defect claims; personal injury, and mediation of Circuit Court disputes.  His labor relations and management law experience include defense of wage and hour violation claims, OSHA citations, EEOC discrimination and civil rights claims, wrongful termination, retaliatory termination for filing workers’ compensation claims, ERISA claims, and violations of employment agreements.
